Senior Motion Designer
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative motion designer to work alongside our creative team to help bring our designs to life. You should already have experience in this role and be confident in producing scripts and storyboards ahead of design and animation to create finished videos to a high standard. You will be breathing life into our fantastic brand and creative work at all levels, from adding personality from motion graphics to launch videos and explainers.
Responsibilities:
- Work professionally with clients and our team to understand their goals and realise their needs in motion
- Produce scripts to translate a brief or supplied messaging into an effective narrative
- Create visually engaging storyboards that communicate how an animation or video will communicate and come to life
- Work collaboratively with our client services, design and strategy team to maximise the potential of all brand and creative projects
- Manage external resources (such as illustrators, voice actors, music suppliers and other motion designers) to complete projects
- Be an advocate for the company, performing additional duties as required to support the business in its goals
Requirements:
- A minimum diploma in art, design, multimedia or new media
- Have 2 years or more working experience in a motion, animation or media role
- A strong portfolio or showreel of motion work
- Ability to tell stories and communicate visually
- Skills in motion design, compositing, 3D animation, technical direction and editing
- Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or Final Cut)
- Experience in filming, lighting and sound recording in a real-world environment is desirable.
- Good communication, time management and collaboration skills.
- Able and willing to learn new software and new technologies

Client Services Manager
We are looking for a talented individual who is highly motivated and loves nurturing client relationships to join us as a Client Services Manager and grow with the Client Service team. You will be responsible for the management of key client accounts, growing the accounts and ensuring success for both clients and the agency. You will oversee an array of turnkey creative projects such as branding, campaign planning and development, content strategy, collateral design, digital asset design, video productions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work closely on pitches and pitch presentations with internal teams
- Work with other members of the agency to respond effectively to new business enquiries
- Build and nurture good relationships with clients
- Own your communications with clients - participate in and manage meetings and calls with clients, understand and analyse their needs
- Gather, share and act upon receiving brief or feedback from client
- Plan and implement market research to develop marketing and creative strategies and tactics that will be appropriate and effective for your clients
- Develop briefs based on Client’s input, sound research, account knowledge and brief assigned creative teams
- Present and sell tactical creative ideas and work to clients
- Manage and oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, timelines and billings for your projects
Requirements:
- Client-focused with knack for client presentation and management
- Digitally savvy with a passion for digital communications, marketing and creative solutions
- Sharp, commercially aware, driven, creative and analytical to help with business development plans
- Responsible and excellent at keeping teams informed and projects on track and meticulous
- Degree or higher in Business, Communications, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a background in advertising, branding, marketing, creative, technology or related communication fields
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and adept at Microsoft 365 Office applications
